If you are SELLING your property:

A complete Disclosure Package is available through our online system.

On receipt of payment, we will process your request. We are required to provide this package within ten days of receiving your request and payment.

The full Disclosure Package includes:

• Summary Page
• Current Budget
• Reserve Study (when available)
• Delinquency Policy
• Rules & Regulations
• Current Insurance Declarations Pages
• Current Balance Sheet (updated every 90 days)
• Year-end Financial Report
• Governing Documents (includes):
  • Articles of Incorporation
  • CC&R's
  • Bylaws

If you are REFINANACING your property:

On receipt of payment, we will process your request. We are required to provide this package within ten days of receiving your request and payment. All requests are processed in the order they are received. Rush packages are available for an additional fee. Typically, a Lender package will include:

• Completion of provided Questionnaire
• Current Budget
• Current Insurance Declaration Pages
• Balance Sheet
