The requestor (title co, realtor, seller) goes online to Condocerts at www.condocerts.com and requests the information (resale or demand). For questions about the website please click on the 'online help'.

How much does a resale certificate cost?
Answer:
The resale fee is $160.00 and condocerts fee is $29.00, total of $189.00.

When does payment for resale certificate have to be paid?
Answer:
Payment is required upfront, online at condocerts during the time of request, via credit card or check (which can be sent over night to condocerts or regular mail).

What is included when I pay for a resale certificate?
Answer:
The resale certificate (TREC form 37-1), Community Articles of Incorporation, Community Declaration, Community Bylaws, Community proof of common area liability insurance, Community budget/financials.

How long does it take for the resale to be completed?
Answer:
Select goes online each day and completes requests that are pending for Select's properties. These are completed in the order they are received. The maximum response time frame is 10 days from the date condocerts receives payment for the request. In most cases response time is less than 10 days.

How will I know when the resale certificate is complete?
Answer:
Upon completion of the resale by Select, an email is sent (via condocerts website) to the 'requestor' (based on the email the requestor input in condocerts) that the requestor has been completed.

How do I obtain the resale certificate?
Answer:
Online using the requestor login and password, the resale package can be uploaded and printed or saved to a CD rom disc.
